I found some great bible verses....
Verses about Youth:
Job 29:4 "As I was in the days
of my youth, when the secret
of God [was] upon
my tabernacle;"
Job 33:25 "His flesh
shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the
days
of his youth:"
Psalms 71:5 "For thou
[art] my hope, O Lord GOD: [thou art] my trust from my
youth."
Psalms 71:17 "O God, thou
hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have
I
declared thy wondrous works."
Ezekiel 16:60 "O God, thou
hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have
I
declared thy wondrous works."
Hosea 2:15 "And I will
give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of
Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in
the days of her
youth, and as in the day
when she came up out of the land of Egypt."
1 Timothy 4:12 "Let no man
despise thy youth; but be thou an
example of the
believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in
spirit, in faith, in purity."
Verses about Summer:
Genesis 8:22 "While the
earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and
heat, and summer and winter, and
day and night shall not cease."
Psalms 74:17 "Thou hast
set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made
summer and winter."
Proverbs 30:25 "The ants
[are] a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat
in the summer;"
Amos 8:1 "Thus hath
the Lord GOD shewed unto me: and behold a basket of
summer fruit."
Mark 13:28 "Now learn a
parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet
tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near":
Luke 21:30 "When they
now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves
that summer is now nigh at
hand."
Memory Books and Journaling
"And
the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a
book,
and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua:"
~~Exodus 17:14~~
Journal: Sometimes when life
seems to get a little hectic we tend to feel lost
because of the demands that are placed on us. Try keeping
a personal journal as
a means of keeping in touch with yourself. You can right
down your dreams or
your thoughts or if you made a new friend. You can buy a
blank book at any
craft store or you can make your own with that creative
imagination that
everyone tells you that you have. You can always add
little keepsakes to your
journal: pressed flowers, pictures or even a special
email that you received from
a friend. Have fun, explore and create!
Family Photo Calendar: Select 12 family
photos. These can be of any occasion.
Make a color photo copy of each photo, enlarged to the
size of the calendar
page. Carefully clue one on to each page. This can really
make a nice gift,
especially for those boys and girls going away to college
in the fall.
Can I show you my Grand
Kids?: How many times have you
heard that? *smile*
Well, it's about time these grandparents have their own
photo album. Don't just
stop with the pictures, we can fill these with awards,
hand-drawn pictures by
the youngsters and any little personal notes that were
sent to grandma and
grandpa. This is sure to be a BIG hit with all
grandparents.

The
Love of our Lord should be at the center of our homes. We
need to let our
children see us reading and studying the Word of God. Say
their prayers out
loud and together so that they will learn how to pray.
Saying grace at the table
should be a natural occurrence something that flows out
of a grateful heart.
Don't Forget the Fresh
Flowers!!!
Put
Fresh Flowers in a pretty vase in all the rooms of the
house. They will give a
lovely aroma, are aesthetically beautiful and guaranteed
to warm your heart and
lift your spirits. Visit Annie's Flowers & Their
Meanings Page
Let's
say Grace:
This is a table grace that I wrote for my kids some time
ago,
they always enjoyed saying this before meals .........
May the Lord soften the path you tread
And
when you sup, please share your bread
Remember
to always give thanks for this
And
may you be blessed by an angels kiss
The
Lord's rapture of His Beloved Believers could be next
week or tomorrow. Do
you know whether you will be taken up in the clouds to
meet Him?
Lets
imagine you have just died. You are
at the gates of Heaven. You are asked
one question. Why should we allow you in?
Are you sure that you would be allowed
to enter?
If
you don't know the answer to that
question then you need to make a choice
right now.

Crusade for Christ that will
explain very simply how you can be sure you will go to
Heaven when you die.
Hint:
Sunburns Ouch!
Linda Suggests: For sunburns
and or any burns, use aloe vera plant or cider
vinegar and water. When aloe leaves are broken, they will
emit a liquid that
has excellent healing qualities.
Friends.......Annie and I hope you have found something
to smile about during
your visit. We had so much fun putting this together for
all of you! Please be
sure to take some time to enjoy you own old memories and
share them with
others. May the Lord bless you on all your journeys. Together, in his
love.......
we will all rejoice! Love, Annie and
Linda
