A Christmas Greeting From
Annie |
~A Christmas Message for you from Annie~
Dear Internet Friends I would like to take this opportunity to wish You and Your family a Merry Christmas. One that is filled with the Joy of the Lord. I am so glad that the Lord brought you to my Internet Ministy. You have all been a special blessing to me. Remember that Jesus is the Reason for the Season. If you are blue, lonely, filled with grief or pain this season, PLEASE call out to the Lord, He hears you and shares your heartache. He wants you to trust Him through these times. I know personally that the Grace of God will sustain you and the Lord along with time will heal you in a wonderful way. Reach out to others this holiday season especially those who are alone and hurting. Even a hug can mean the world to someone. Often people put on a facade and pretend to be happy especially during the holidays. Don't let their outward appearance confuse you, a smile can hide a broken heart. Look at their eyes, so you can see inside. Make this Christmas a time to really learn to listen and to communicate with others. Listen to the still small voice of the Lord and obey Him when He tells you to pick up the phone to call someone, or to send a scripture verse to another in an email. We are the tools and intruments that the Lord uses to comfort others. If you know of anyone who is greiving from the loss of a loved one and this is their first Christmas please print out and share with them my two pages done especially for them. But please remember that whether it has been 2 or 20 years we miss our loved ones more at the Holidays then any other time of the year. Depression and Suicide are much more prelevant in December then the rest of the year. Being a Christian doesn't mean that we are not sad and lonely. So please try to reach out to the Singles and Seniors. Ask them over for dessert and maybe even just to watch a Christmas movie. Let them know that you care about them. This year please remember and focus on these verses: "Blessed
be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who
comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able
to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort
wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." My Prayer for you this Christmas Season is that the Lord will grant you the desires of your heart. That he will give you peace and joy. Remember that without Jesus there is no Celebration. Merry Christmas & Enjoy
