Annie's "Sig Tag" Page

What are they anyway?
Sig Tag's are images that have been created to add to your email by graphic artists.

Here are my instructions for Internet Explorer 6.0
Step by Step Instructions to Add a Sig Tag to your Email:

First we need to create a folder to put your sig tag and your graphics
that you plan on using.

1) Go to your "DESKTOP"
2) Double click on "MY DOCUMENTS"
3) Now right click and choose "NEW" then "FOLDER"
4) Now rename the folder "SIGTAGS"

NOW lets find a graphic for you to use!

1) Go go the site you want to use their sig tag.
If you don't have a source for your sig tag in mind visit my Annie's List of Great Graphics
2) Read the Terms of the Graphic Artist. (Make sure you put the graphic site
in the name of the graphic so you know where to give credit.)
3) SAVE the graphic or sig tag by "right clicking" and choosing "SAVE AS"
4) When you save the graphic add the name of the graphic site to it.
For example imagenamesitename.gif
5) Save your graphics in the new folder that you made a few minutes ago

Now you have your graphic and you know where you got it. You will need that later.

You need to make a webpage for your sig tag. I use Front Page Express and have many different tips pages for it here: http://www.annieshomepage.com/tips.html

Now go to the top of the page and "save as"
then change it to yournamesigtag.html
Then you can change it to be your own sig tag

1) Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS
2) Click the tab that it says Signatures
3) Check:  "Add signatures to all outgoing messages"
4) Check: FILE
5) Now type in where you have your sig tag "html" page. You MUST have it with the C:\
C:\~Annie's New Domain\sigtags\anniessigtag2.html

The Sig Tag above is from The Recycle Bin Graphics and no longer available!!
To see the sig tag that I am using now visit:
