We will never forget what happened on September 11th, 2001! Many of you want to know what you can do. First and foremost pray!!! Pray for the families of the Victims. Pray for President Bush and our Service men and women as we prepare to go to war against terrorism. Pray for our nation's children as they deal with fear and mourning. I am working on some more new and practical pages for you to visit for comfort and encouragement. I will post them on my main page as I finish them.

Put out your American flag at half mast. Reach out to your friends and family and even strangers. Give them a hug and a listening ear. Cook a little extra food and share it with a neighbor or shut in. Offer to volunteer at your church or local homeless shelter. Don't forget that you will and are dealing with grief yourself. There are stages of grief that you will have to work through. Right now most of us wish that this were just a bad dream and that we will wake up tomorrow hoping it never happened. BUT it did. It is real and it is not going to just go away.

Use this time to search your own heart and life. Seek the Lord and ask Him what He wants you to do right now. Listen to that still small voice and let it direct you. Don't put off getting your life right with the Lord. Now is the time. Call out to God because He does hear and care.
